The first thing that we do is to help you to get a free copy of your DAC report so you can see exactly what is on there. 
 
If there is something that you want our help to have removed then we go through the dispute process with both DAC services and the company that put the incident on your report.
 
We fax you the initial paperwork for your signature and then you to send them to who they need to go to - there will be a different letter for DAC and the company by certified mail.  The addresses will be on the top of the letter. 
 
This will open an investigation and the company will have 30 days in which to respond.
 
Depending on how  the company responds we we guide you the dispute process of having the item removed from your DAC report.
